Soccer Fan Sues StubHub for Selling Him Bogus Tottenham Tickets
- Lawsuit comes as ticket platforms face increasing criticism
- US fan flew to England for game, was refused stadium entrance

Daniel Kaiser, a lawyer from Brooklyn, sued StubHub Wednesday, accusing the company of fraud and breach of contract for selling and promoting fraudulent tickets. In the weeks leading up to the soccer game, Kaiser alleged StubHub contacted him multiple times to confirm his ticket purchase was 100% guaranteed.
