BP Plc was downgraded to underweight from neutral at JPMorgan Chase & Co. on Wednesday, distinguishing it from peers Chevron Corp., Exxon Mobil Corp., Shell Plc and TotalEnergies SE, none of whom have a sell or equivalent recommendation.
