Defense technology startup Shield AI has finalized its new funding round, raising $200 million in additional capital.
The startup, which makes autonomous drones and other military technology for the US and its allies, has reached a valuation of $2.7 billion with the new funding, co-founder and president Brandon Tseng said in an interview. Bloomberg News reported last month that Shield AI was working on its latest fundraising.
