Macquarie to Invest $275 Million in US Internet Firm SwyftFiber

A fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management agreed to invest in fiber internet business SwyftFiber, the company said in a statement.
Macquarie is acquiring a majority stake in the company through a roughly $275 million structured equity investment, said a person with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified because the amount was private. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
