Nexperia Holding BV, the Dutch unit of Shanghai-listed Wingtech Technology Co., is looking to raise as much as $1 billion in a five-year loan, according to people familiar with the deal, in what would be a test of investor appetite amid a broader US-China semiconductor dispute.
