When you distill your greatest vacation moments, what do they have in common? For Black Tomato co-founder Tom Marchant, whose company on Wednesday, October 11, is announcing a new program called See You in the Moment, the answer boils down to two words: “collective awe.”

Take a recent trip Marchant made in the Patagonian wilds of Southern Chile. After a long hike through thickets, his party of nine friends and colleagues arrived at a plateau facing glacial lakes surrounded by mountain peaks. Their guide had set up basic food and cold beers—a simple opportunity to stop and smell the proverbial roses.
