Venezuela’s two-time presidential candidate and former governor, Henrique Capriles, said he will no longer participate in the Oct. 22 opposition primaries.
Among the several opposition candidates barred from holding public office by the Venezuelan government, Capriles said the opposition should “provide an option that can materialize the objective.”
