EU Adds More Sanctions on Iran Over Human Rights Violations

The European Union sanctioned four more Iranian individuals and six entities for human rights violations in the bloc’s 10th package of restrictive measures against the country.

The listing includes Tasnim News agency and the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, as well as the deputy to the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in Imam Ali Central Security Headquarters, the bloc said in a statement. The move brings the total number of sanctioned individuals to 227 and 43 entities.
