Kim Jong Un was joined by a high-profile delegation from China at a parade late Friday to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the state’s founding, as the North Korean leader prepares to make a rare trip to Russia next week.

The parade in Pyongyang featured a parachute team, columns of motorcycles with high mobility, anti-tank missile launchers, as well as anti-aircraft artillery pieces and other weaponry, according to the official Korean Central News Agency. Kim was accompanied by his “respected daughter,” who has become a fixture with her dad at major events.
