Swire in Talks to Buy Minority Stake in Indonesia’s Pertamedika IHC, Sources Say

Swire Pacific Ltd., a Hong Kong-listed conglomerate, is in advanced talks to buy a minority stake in Indonesian health-care group PT Pertamina Bina Medika IHC, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

A deal could value the state-backed hospital operator at about $450 million to $650 million, said the people, asking not be identified as the process is private. The transaction may close as soon as the end of the year, the people said.
