Amazon.com Inc. is expanding its Amazon Clinic virtual service to all 50 states and Washington DC as part of its efforts to grow in the health care industry.

The Seattle-based company launched the service in November to connect patients seeking treatment for common conditions like acne, sinus infections and pink eye with health care professionals on a virtual messaging platform. In a blog update on Tuesday, Amazon said the service will also support video consultations.
