San Antonio Spurs number one overall draft pick Victor Wembanyama has become an investor and brand partner of Barcode, a plant-based performance drink, in one of his first deals as an NBA player.
Among the most hyped players in recent history, Wembanyama could also become one of the league’s wealthiest. He already has a deal with Nike signed as a player in the French league, and could join existing athletes with signature basketball sneakers like Michael Jordan, LeBron James, and Sabrina Ionescu.
