A Singapore public housing unit was resold for a record S$1.5 million ($1.1 million), another reflection of the city-state’s buoyant property market.
The property is an “HDB Jumbo flat,” a 176 square-meter (1,894 square-foot), four-room walk-up apartment located near the city center. HDB refers to Singapore’s Housing Development Board. The sale was brokered by Knight Frank LLP, which also set the earlier record of S$1.42 million in June 2022.
