Golfer Jon Rahm Wins Record $3.24 Million Prize at the Masters
The $18 million purse was the the largest prize fund in tournament history.

Georgia’s Augusta National Golf Club announced on Saturday that the total purse would be $18 million, doled out as part of the biggest prize fund in the event’s history. The record-breaking purse was a $3 million increase from the 2022 edition of the Masters Tournament, according to the PGA Tour. In addition to his first career green jacket, the 28-year-old from Spain earned $540,000 more than defending champion Scottie Scheffler who won $2.7 million last year.
