Vietnam’s VinFast Delivers First EVs to US Customers

VinFast, an electric carmaker backed by Vietnam’s richest man, delivered its first 45 VF 8 City Edition electric SUVs to US customers at nine California showrooms March 1, according to an emailed statement from parent Vingroup JSC.
The vehicles will continue be delivered to customers at VinFast’s stores or through a home-delivery service, it said.
