Turkey’s factories and farms in regions hit by this month’s deadly earthquakes face labor shortages after some staff moved to other parts of the country for safety.

The Feb. 6 twin quakes killed over 41,000 people in Turkey and destroyed tens of thousands of buildings, with more temblors adding to the toll on Monday night. Homeless or wary of returning to damaged buildings, survivors have had to find temporary shelter in tents, cars and hotels, or migrate elsewhere.
