Billionaire Michael Spencer Taps Ex-AIG Boss to Run His Fortune

Michael Spencer, the billionaire behind one of the world’s biggest financial brokerage fortunes, has hired a former American International Group Inc. executive to lead his personal investment firm.

Ion Bogdaneris this month became chief executive officer of IPGL, the NEX Group Plc founder’s family office, according to UK registry filings. He replaces Samantha Wren, a former NEX executive who led the investment firm since 2019.
