UK Airline Flybe Says Put Under Administration, Ceased Trading

British carrier Flybe ceased operations and all of its flights to and from the UK have been canceled, less than a year after the low-cost airline started flying again.
The UK Civil Aviation Authority told passengers not to go to the airport unless they had arranged flights with another airline.
