The pass rate for the second level of the chartered financial analyst exam inched closer to the historic average after last year’s Covid-19 disruptions impacted some test-takers.
In November, 44% of candidates passed the Level II exam, up from 40% in August and matching the 44% success rate in February, according to the CFA Institute. November’s pass rate was slightly below the 10-year average of roughly 45% and significantly higher than the low of 29% from August 2021, when the pandemic upended testing.
