Switzerland’s enduring skepticism about a global minimum tax rate at 15% is ending in a realization the country is condemned to accept it.

Speaking in Davos, new finance minister Karin Keller-Sutter said that even if Swiss voters refuse a plan to introduce a 15% minimum in a June referendum, it will effectively apply because of the structure of a global deal on the matter.
