SoftBank-Backed SVF Investment SPAC Set to Delist Shares, Refund Shareholders

SVF Investment Corp., one of three special purpose acquisition companies backed by SoftBank Group Corp., said it plans to delist the SPAC’s shares on Jan. 27 and redeem shareholders.

SVF Investment, which raised $604 million in an initial public offering in 2021, is dissolving because it failed to complete a merger, according to a statementBloomberg Terminal Thursday. SVF Investment said it had almost $613 million in its trust account as of Dec. 30.
