Most London Firms Think City’s Economy Will Shrink in 2023

More than half of London’s business leaders expect the city’s economy to get worse this year, according to a survey, as companies are squeezed by rising costs and a shortage of workers.
The London Chambers of Commerce and Industry said Thursday that 48% of surveyed companies are under pressure to lift prices as result of higher labor costs.
