Former Biden Spokesman Kamau Marshall Moving to Education Department From USTR

Kamau Marshall, a former chief campaign spokesman for Joe Biden’s 2020 presidential campaign, moved from the US Trade Representative to the Education Department this week.
Marshall on Tuesday became a senior adviser to Education Secretary Miguel Cardona in the agency’s office of communication and outreach. He was previously deputy assistant for media and public affairs at USTR, where he focused on regions including Africa, China and Europe as well as industrial sectors such as agriculture and textiles, among others.
