Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee tested positive for Covid-19 at the airport after returning from the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Thailand, where he met with Chinese President Xi Jinping and other global leaders.
Lee has mild symptoms, including a slight fever, and is taking medicine to treat the infection while he works from home, according to government statements on Monday. He has received four doses of Sinovac Biotech Ltd.’s vaccine, including a booster shot in September.
