Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre settled her legal fight with Alan Dershowitz, saying she may have mistakenly accused the Harvard Law School professor of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager.

Giuffre had accused Dershowitz of being one of several prominent men to whom Epstein “lent” for sexual abuse. Dershowitz denied the claim, and Giuffre sued him for defamation. The law professor then counter-sued her for defamation and infliction of emotional distress.
