Latest Times Square Attraction Could be a Caesars Palace Casino
- Pair will turn 1515 Broadway into gaming, entertainment venue
- Related, Wynn have also proposed a plan for a casino in NYC

Photographer: Amir Hamja/BloombergSL Green Realty Corp. is teaming up with Caesars Entertainment Inc. to redevelop a Times Square building in pursuit of one of the state’s gaming licenses.
As part of the plan, the pair would turn 1515 Broadway into Caesars Palace Times Square, a venue that would include a Broadway theater to house productions of The Lion King, the companies said Thursday in a statement. The developer and gaming company are also proposing security and traffic improvements.
