Georgia Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock is taking direct aim at Republican rival Herschel Walker’s escalating family drama in a new ad highlighting longstanding domestic violence allegations against the former football star.
The television ad began airing Thursday around Georgia, just days after the Daily Beast reported Walker paid for a girlfriend to have an abortion, which he has repeatedly denied. That report led Walker’s son Christian to accuse him of domestic violence in a series of tweets.
