A company controlled by Abu Dhabi’s royal family offered to buy a stake in Colombian food maker Grupo Nutresa SA for as much as $2.15 billion.

The group, International Holding Co., had previously partnered with Colombian banker Jaime Gilinski in his bid for Nutresa.
