Stellantis May Make Own Energy as Europe Braces for ‘Chaos’

Stellantis NV is considering measures including generating its own power at factories in Europe as prices soar and governments plan potential rationing measures.

“We are going to decide significant investments to produce our own energy in our industrial sites,” Chief Executive Officer Carlos Tavares told reporters Wednesday. “It’s going to be decided in the next few weeks, if not the next few days.”
