RXR Realty has lined up a new loan for a Midtown skyscraper on Rockefeller Plaza, even as lenders have become more cautious about office space with many workers still at home.
Bank of America Corp. and Carlyle Group Inc. are among the lenders for the $260 million refinancing of 75 Rockefeller Plaza, according to a statement Tuesday. Newmark Group brokers Jordan Roeschlaub and Dustin Stolly arranged the deal.
