Europe risks falling behind the US in the race to build a green hydrogen manufacturing industry after Congress passed a major climate bill, according to Fortescue Metals Group Ltd.
President Joe Biden earlier this month signed into law the biggest climate package in American history, including $369 billion of spending aimed at accelerating a shift away from oil, coal and gas in favor of cleaner energy sources.
