BofA Nabs Credit Suisse Infrastructure, Power, Renewables Banker

Bank of America Corp. hired Prescott Johnson, a managing director at Credit Suisse Group AG, for energy and infrastructure dealmaking, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
Johnson is set to join the Charlotte, North Carolina-based bank in October after a period of gardening leave, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing the hiring. He’ll report to Ray Wood, BofA’s head of global natural resources investment banking.
