Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Thursday faulted the police response after she was harassed the previous day by a right-wing agitator who recorded a video of himself making vulgar comments about her as she entered the US Capitol.
Ocasio-Cortez accused nearby Capitol Police officers of doing nothing at the time of the incident and said that members of her staff had to call the department multiple times to see if they had information on the harasser.
