New York developer Helm Equities LLC is launching its first Miami office project, which will have the biggest outdoor space in the city.
Helm is investing $300 million to build a 500,000-square-foot (46,450-square-meter) office building with retail space in Miami’s Design District on a site that takes up an entire city block on the corner of 42nd Street, between Second Avenue and Fourth Avenue, according to a statement Wednesday. CBRE Group Inc. is the leasing agent for the building.
