Said Haidar and Crispin Odey led a surge among macro hedge funds during the first half of 2022.
The Haidar Jupiter fund gained 4.6% in June, boosting returns this year to 170%, while the Odey European Inc. hedge fund returned 2.2% last month, pushing up gains in the first half to 114%, according to investor letters seen by Bloomberg.
