Among the amenities that Americans got used to during the pandemic: private chefs. Demand for cooks who would prepare meals at home surged, a trend that helped idle restaurant professionals.

Now, Americans are returning to restaurant dining rooms en masse. (Good luck getting a Friday night reservation pretty much anywhere.) So is this the time to launch an on-demand, in-home private chef platform?
