King George IV, who reigned from 1820 to 1830, spent much of his time there, bringing art and architecture from around the world to the Royal Pavilion. Now, Soho House UK Ltd. has crowned the city the new king of cool, opening up a new, trendy, members-only club, its first seaside house in the UK. Bloomberg has gotten an inside look at Brighton Beach House.
