Synopsys Inc., the biggest supplier of software used to design semiconductors, said it is cooperating with the US government’s probe into whether it passed key technology to banned Chinese companies.
“We have very robust export control checks and balances inside Synopsys,” President and Chief Operating Officer Sassine Ghazi told Bloomberg TV on Wednesday in an interview during a business trip to India. “We absolutely are cooperating with the US government and absolutely believe our robust infrastructure that we have in place is in line with US expectations.”
