Amid an investigation into misconduct allegations, a top leader at the Pennsylvania AFL-CIO chapter is retiring, days before he was slated to become the state labor group’s president.

Liz Shuler, the president of the national AFL-CIO, announced the departure of Frank Snyder in a statement provided to Bloomberg News.
