Pennsylvania’s Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman easily won the Democratic primary for the US Senate on Tuesday from a hospital bed, as the Republican field remained unsettled in a tight three-way contest.

Fetterman defeated two other candidates with 59% of the vote, with a little less than half the votes counted.
