Trump staged a rally in the rain and mud in Pennsylvania on Friday night to encourage his staunchest voters to support Oz, hoping to clinch a second consecutive victory-by-proxy of the early 2022 midterm election cycle after his endorsement helped venture capitalist JD Vance win Ohio’s GOP Senate race Tuesday.
