A group led by former Guggenheim Partners President Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital agreed to buy Chelsea Football Club for 4.25 billion pounds ($5.25 billion), ending Roman Abramovich’s long tenure at the London team and deepening U.S. investment in England’s Premier League.
