This month, we are focusing on strength.
If you searched for the best workouts in New York before the pandemic, it would’ve returned a carousel of pain: overpacked studios, haphazard warmups, and frenzied circuits. Some trainers seemed more interested in testing your tolerance for near-death experiences. The hallmark of success?
