Natural gas prices in Europe rose for a second day as Russian flows through Ukraine declined further and several outages at Norwegian facilities crimp production capacity.
Orders for Russian gas through pipelines crossing its neighboring country were 11% lower on Wednesday, after also falling on Tuesday, according to the Ukrainian network operator. Gazprom PJSC confirmed the decline, but reiterated that flows are in line with requests from customers.
