New York prosecutors made clear that former President Donald Trump is still a target for them, as simultaneous civil and criminal probes move forward.
The state attorney general Letitia James told a judge Thursday that Trump should be held in contempt of court and fined $10,000 a day until he complies with a subpoena for his documents in a civil probe of potentially fraudulent asset valuations at his company. She accused him of “more delay and obfuscation,” according to a court filing.
