European natural gas slumped as the European Union expects to receive an infusion of natural gas from the U.S.
Benchmark futures settled 4.6% lower, after European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the bloc will receive additional supplies of liquefied natural gas from its trans-Atlantic partner.
