Iran is reviving efforts to export liquefied natural gas, just as Europe tries to cut reliance on Russian energy and world powers negotiate sanctions relief for the Islamic Republic.
State-run National Iranian Oil Co. invited investors to submit proposals for the construction of mini-LNG units, without specifying the size, timeline or location, according to a statement. Proposals are due by April 30.
