Sony Group Corp. and Honda Motor Co. are joining forces to develop electric vehicles, seeking to marry their strengths as the cars of the future become more technology-driven and interconnected.
The partners plan to start a new company together this year, with vehicle sales scheduled to start in 2025, according to a statement Friday. They didn’t disclose a value for the pact.
