European bonds are on the move this Tuesday.

Money markets are now betting the European Central Bank will not deliver its first rate hike until January 2023 following recent comments from policy makers suggesting that the path towards normalization had been delayed by the war in Ukraine and subsequent financial and economic turmoil.
