For European expats, the best places to live in the world are right in their backyards. 

As lockdown restrictions ease around the world, cities in the Nordics, Switzerland and Ireland topped the 2021 list of most livable cities for Europeans in the latest rankings from London-based consultancy group ECA International, a global workforce consultancy.
